With a career spanning 25 years in the worlds of hospitality and entertainment, Rob Menard has cultivated a strong skillset in operational excellence, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving. From successfully owning and managing bars in Nashville to the disciplined craft of professional musicianship, touring, and recording, Rob thrives on bringing innovative approaches to every challenge. Now a Clearwater resident, this dedicated family man and tireless worker is always seeking new opportunities to leverage a diverse background and drive success.

With over 25 years of experience launching and growing companies, Brian Thompson has built a career around identifying opportunities and bringing great ideas to life. His background spans several industries—from residential and commercial roofing materials and construction hardware distribution to home building, commercial real estate development, and even a golf simulator business. Joining the brewery world was a natural next step—combining entrepreneurial spirit with a product and culture he genuinely enjoys.

His portfolio spans a wide range of commercial assets, including office buildings, grocery-anchored retail, food and beverage spaces, and self-storage facilities.

Shane’s passion for new ventures and meaningful partnerships led him to invest in the brewery space, where he brings his business insight and community-minded approach to help craft more than just great beer—he helps build great experiences.

Outside of work, Shane enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and two incredible sons. Whether it’s launching a new project or enjoying a drink with friends, Shane is always drawn to opportunities that bring people together.

A true Florida native, Wayne Dalton is a Head Brewer whose passion for the craft is as strong as his roots in the state. With over a decade of experience, Wayne is a familiar and respected name within the Florida brewing community. He is driven by a deep commitment to making great beer, meticulously selecting the best ingredients to create brews that consistently impress.
